Helping out is essential because it strengthens communities and builds connections between people. When we lend a hand, whether by volunteering, supporting a friend, or simply doing small acts of kindness, we create a more compassionate and supportive environment. Helping others not only makes a positive impact on their lives, but it also gives us a sense of purpose and fulfillment. In times of need, our support can make a significant difference, reminding others they are not alone, and ultimately, helping out fosters empathy, kindness, and a shared sense of responsibility for the well-being of those around us. The number of volunteers continues to decrease due to age. The veterans have done a fantastic job over the last 40 years and will continue to do so. They are in need of younger volunteers, both veterans and nonveterans. To volunteer, don't hesitate to get in touch with Greg Bryant at (208) 421-2282. He will be able to answer any questions you may have.
